Become the hero
of your own story.
You know there is a braver, more alive, more confident version of you in there. Hero Within is where we practice becoming that person — together.
Maybe you do not need more motivation.
Maybe you already know what you want. You want to believe in yourself again. You want to stop talking yourself out of the thing you cannot stop thinking about.
You want more energy. More courage. More creativity. More confidence. More freedom to be fully yourself.
But knowing what you want and actually becoming the person who goes after it are two different things.
Sometimes we do not need more information. Sometimes we need practices. Accountability. Movement. Encouragement. A safe place to be honest. And people beside us who are willing to be brave too.
That is what I want Hero Within to become.
I've spent much of my life learning
how to play the hero.
I have spent my career playing characters. Dreamers. Fighters. Women who fall down, get back up, and discover they are stronger than they thought.
Long before I played Iris Maine in Legend of the White Dragon — in theaters nationwide, I was a little girl dreaming about being in movies like Center Stage and Bring It On. Those dreams eventually became real. But the path was not simple.
I have experienced rejection, fear, health struggles, heartbreak, self-doubt, and seasons when I did not feel like the powerful version of myself people may have seen on screen.
I have had to learn how to believe again. How to listen to my body. How to take action before I felt ready. How to stop letting fear write the entire script. How to become the person who could receive the love, opportunities, health, relationships, and adventures I had once only imagined.
And I am still learning. That is why I do not want to stand above you and pretend I have mastered life. I want to stand beside you.
I did what everyone told me was impossible.
This is the manifestation story that changed my life — and the reason I believe anyone can become the hero of their own story.
Center Stage: Turn It Up · My impossible manifestation story

"She believed she could.
So she did."
On August 28, Legend of the White Dragon arrives in theaters nationwide, and I have the honor of playing Iris Maine. Iris represents something I have spent my life trying to understand:
Belief is not just something you feel. It is something you practice.
You do not always believe before you begin. Sometimes you begin — and your belief grows because you were brave enough to take the first step.
You do not have to feel fearless to do something brave.
Hero Within might be for you if…
- You know you are capable of more, but you keep second-guessing yourself.
- You are tired of waiting until you feel completely ready.
- You want to feel stronger and more connected to your body.
- You are rebuilding your confidence after a difficult season.
- You have a dream you cannot stop thinking about.
- You want to create content, art, a business, or a life that feels more like you.
- You need support taking the next brave step.
- You want personal growth to feel human, playful, embodied, and real.
- You want to be around people who are also choosing courage over perfection.
- You are ready to stop treating yourself like a supporting character in your own life.
You do not have to know exactly where your story is going. You just have to be willing to take the next brave step.

I do not want to build this for you.
I want to build it with you.
I could disappear for six months and try to create the perfect program behind closed doors. But that does not feel like what Hero Within is supposed to be.
This is about beginning before everything is perfect. Listening. Experimenting. Growing. Learning what genuinely helps. Creating something alongside the people it is meant to serve.
So if you join now, you are not walking into a finished product. You are walking into the origin story.
You are not just joining early. You are helping create the beginning.

Good things to know.
What exactly is Hero Within?
A live personal growth, courage, creativity, and empowerment community led by Rachele Brooke Smith. Real conversations, mindset tools, visualization, movement, somatic practices, brave challenges, creator support, and community accountability.
Is this a course?
No. Hero Within is not a traditional course with a rigid curriculum. It is a living, evolving membership built around live practice, community, growth, and action.
Do I need to be an actor or creator?
Not at all. Creator support is part of the community, but Hero Within is for anyone who wants to build confidence, courage, energy, self-trust, and momentum.
Is this only for women?
No. Hero Within is for anyone who connects with the mission and wants to become more courageous, confident, alive, creative, and intentional.
What happens during the live sessions?
Each session is different — meditation, visualization, breathwork, journaling, movement, somatic work, dance, coaching, Q&A, or a group challenge. You are always invited to participate at the level that feels right for you.
What if I cannot attend live?
Replays will be available whenever possible so you can participate in a way that works with your schedule. The live experience is encouraged — the energy and community connection are a big part of Hero Within.
Is this therapy?
No. Hero Within is an educational and personal development community. It is not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. If you are navigating significant health concerns, please also work with a qualified professional.
What if I feel stuck but do not know what my dream is?
You do not need a perfect vision before joining. Sometimes the first step is reconnecting with yourself, your energy, and what makes you feel alive. This community is designed to help you begin there.
Why join as a founding member?
Founding members receive early access, introductory pricing, and the opportunity to help shape the community. You are not joining after everything has been decided — you are part of the beginning.
Can I cancel?
Yes. When paid membership opens it will be month-to-month and easy to cancel. Come as you are. No perfection required.
Hero Within provides educational and personal development content. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or professional financial or legal advice. Movement and breathwork practices should be modified according to individual needs.
Your life does not need
a different hero.
It needs more of you.
You do not have to wait until you feel completely confident. You do not need to have the entire plan. You do not need to become perfect.
You only need enough courage to take the next step. Let this be it.
