The Hero Within

Six weeks to stop waiting to feel ready — and start becoming who you keep imagining.

Apply for the intensive

10–15 people. Personally selected by Rachele.

The invitation

I’m looking for 10–15 humans who know they’re meant for more.

But lately? You don’t totally feel like yourself.

Maybe you’re stuck, burnt out, overthinking everything — starting things and not following through.

Maybe everyone thinks you’re doing great, but you know you’re playing smaller than you’re capable of.

Or you’ve spent so long showing up for everyone else that somewhere along the way, you lost a little bit of YOU.

“Holy shit… hi.” 😂

I made this for you.

What I wish someone told me

You don’t need to become more impressive.

More productive. More disciplined. Or finally ‘get your shit together.’

Somewhere along the way, you learned stories about who you are, what’s possible, and what you’re allowed to want.

Eventually, they stopped feeling like stories. They started feeling like you.

  • “I’m not confident.”
  • “I never follow through.”
  • “I’m too late.”
  • “People like me don’t do things like that.”
  • “What if I’m not enough?”

I’ve believed versions of ALL of them. What I’ve learned:

The story you live from becomes the life you live in.

Changing your life isn’t only about setting better goals. Sometimes, you have to change the person who’s chasing them.

The story behind the work

I’ve had to do this over and over again.

I was a scared little girl with ridiculous dreams.

I watched Center Stage and wanted to be inside stories like that.

I made vision boards, journaled, trained, and believed in a life I had absolutely no proof I could create yet.

Then came rejection. Fear. Body-image struggles. Heartbreak. Failure. The part vision boards don’t show you.

When I was scared, I learned to take the next brave step anyway.

Years later, I starred in Center Stage: Turn It Up. Then Bring It On. Then 50+ credits.

Then I put on an actual superhero suit as Iris Maine. And realized:

The dreams weren’t the biggest thing I was manifesting.

I was becoming the person capable of living them.

It was never just about movies.

I rebuilt my relationship with my body through years of health struggles — and with myself through fear, perfectionism, and never feeling like enough.

I had to face the patterns I kept repeating in love and become different inside of love, too.

And created the playful, healthy marriage I wasn’t sure was possible.

None of it happened perfectly, overnight, or by thinking positive thoughts really hard on my couch. 😂

The biggest lesson

Your life changes when YOU change.

Your identity quietly shapes what you believe is possible, what you tolerate, what you choose, and what you do when things get hard.

That’s the work I want to do with you.

The six-week work

Six weeks. Working on you.

Not fixing you. Remembering you — the person underneath the fear, comparison, old stories, and “I’m not ready.” Then practicing becoming her.

01

Identity

Who have you been believing you are — and who are you ready to become?

02

Courage + Self-Trust

Moving with fear instead of waiting for it to magically disappear.

03

Vision + Possibility

Getting honest about what you actually want — before your brain explains why you can’t.

04

Embodiment

Movement. Dance. Breathwork. Meditation. Visualization. Out of your head, into your body.

05

Habits + Action

Ridiculously doable actions that build real evidence for your new identity.

06

Accountability

Knowing what to do isn’t the hard part. Doing it when life gets messy is. So we do it together.

The room matters

Only 10–15 people. Hand-selected.

I personally read every application.

Not to create some weird exclusive club. 😂

Because I care about the room.

I want people who are honest, willing to grow, and who root for someone else’s win as loudly as their own.

I want to know your name, what you’re dreaming about, and what scares you.

And when you forget who you’re becoming, I want people in the room who remind you.

Apply for the intensive

This is for you if…

  • You know you’re meant for more but can’t get yourself moving.
  • You keep talking yourself out of big dreams.
  • You’re tired of starting and stopping.
  • You’ve lost some trust in yourself.
  • You’re successful on paper, but something feels off.
  • You’re in a transition and don’t quite recognize yourself.

Or honestly? You just miss YOU.

It’s not for you if…

  • You want someone to change your life for you.
  • You want another program to consume, not live.
  • You’re waiting until you’re not scared. (You’ll wait forever. 😂)

But if you’re ready to trust yourself again — I want to hear from you.

Six weeks from now…

I can’t promise you a completely different life. Anyone who does probably deserves a suspicious side-eye. 😂 But I wonder…

  • What if you trusted yourself more?
  • What if you stopped needing permission?
  • What if the thing you’ve been avoiding was finally done?
  • What if you kept promises to yourself?
  • What if you knew how to move when fear showed up?
  • What if you felt excited about your life again?
  • What if you were surrounded by people who wanted to see you win?

What if you looked in the mirror and thought:

There you are.
